Donations

Monetary donations, honorariums and memorials are always welcome. Harmony House maintains a current needs list that includes furniture, office supplies, food pantry items, paper products and cleaning supplies, etc. These donations are needed to operate our safe shelter and help clients as they exit the shelter and transition to alternative housing. Any donations of these items are greatly appreciated by our victims and staff.

- Latex gloves

- Sandwich bags

– Sandwich size and snack size

- Disposable items such as paper products and storage bags and trash bags

- Ladies grooming kits (clippers, tweezers, nail files, etc.)

- Hair products (gel, moose & hairspray for all types of hair)

- Face Cleanser (Noxzema, Oil of Olay, store brands)

- Hairbrushes and Accessories - Hairdryers and curling irons

- Large and extra large ladies underwear

- Simple White Tennis Shoes (all sizes needed)

- $10.00 gift cards: suggested places include Wal-Mart, grocery stores, Troup County Chamber & other local area stores

Clothing

- Professional clothing for interviews

- Plain slacks

- Large tops

– Size 14, 16, 18

- New bathing suites, all sizes

– Ladies & children clothing needed

- Traveling Bags (many come with their items in grocery bag or trash bags)
